Orange Business ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data collected through this portal. 

We collect and use, based on our legitimate interest, only what is strictly necessary to a) create and manage your account on the portal and b) organize and manage events to which you are invited: your name, company name, email address and login credentials.  In cases of your registration to offline events, we also collect information concerning your transporation, accommodation and dietary requests.

Your data is shared with the provider of the platform, Inwink, which hosts the portal as our data processor. Your data may also be shared with the relevant providers engaged in the organization of our events. Your data is stored in the European Union but may be accessed outside the European Union for certain specific technical services on the platform or in accordance with Orange Business organization. 

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After closure, we securely erase it within a reasonable time, or 2 months after the event for data in relation to your registration to an event, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
